It has become common to see many young people, especially youth from the black and ethnic minorities communities without the required information about job opportunities and career development.
It is our aim to help young people to explore their identity, career options and skills required in the work place. We also teach young people interviewing skills to improve their chances of securing employment.
We work with charities by running employability workshops for young people treating topics like finding the right career, using vision boards and developing skills for the workplace among other topics.
