Our traineeships last between 6-8 weeeks.

Learners will have to study 16-28 hours per day.

1.Gain a nationally recognised qualification

2.Create a long-standing career pathway within the customer service industry

3.Courses are delivered through distance learning, allowing learners to choose when and where to study.

4,Personal tutors are assigned to ensure Learners have the support needed to succeed
